About the register
ESTATES | INTEL is South Africa's estate intelligence platform — a single searchable register of liquidation appointments, deceased estate notices, gazette notices and liquidator profiles. Every record starts with a list circulated by the Master of the High Court: we source it, digitise it, and publish it so liquidators, creditors, attorneys, banks and the public can consult it freely. Liquidators are notified when they are recorded as appointed to a matter.
Searching the register is free and requires no account. Accounts exist only for administrators and liquidators who maintain or follow records.
What is published
- Company name, registration number, Master's Office, court and case number
- Liquidation type, order date and matter status
- Appointed liquidators and appointment status
- Certificate of appointment status and first meeting of creditors information
What is never published
- Internal administrative notes and internal correspondence
- Private user and login information
- Sensitive personal information
- Documents, unless specifically marked as public
