Process / three phases
How the register works
Phase 01
We source the circulated lists
The Master of the High Court circulates its appointment lists. We take each list as it is issued and digitise it, line by line, into a single searchable register.
Phase 02
Appointments and documents are tracked
Outstanding appointment documents, certificates of appointment and first meetings are updated as the matter progresses.
Phase 03
The public register updates
Creditors, attorneys and affected parties can confirm who has been appointed and what the current status is — free of charge.
About this register
The register exists because liquidation appointment information is often circulated only by email, leaving creditors and the public unable to confirm who has been recorded as appointed. Every record here starts with a list circulated by the Master of the High Court — we source it, digitise it, and publish it as a free, searchable register that anyone can consult.
Always verify critical matter details directly with the relevant Master of the High Court.
